Andrew Manning is a certified US and UK educator, with over 20 years’ experience in the
US and abroad. His entry into education was borne of a desire to contribute something of value to society.
As such, his work in the US focused largely on economically disadvantaged children, the
re he worked as a class teacher, developing remediation programs in the core subjects
of English, Maths, and Science.
Mr. Manning has been in Nigeria for close to a decade. Over that me, his focus has shifted from helping students to get better to help teachers get better. In this regard, he
has consulted with school owners, working with teachers in areas such as lesson plan writing, classroom management, and process improvement through classroom observation.
A firm believer in the maxim that optimal learning conditions flow naturally from optimal
teaching conditions, he is committed to working with the leadership team at The New
ACIC in developing a true collaborative partnership with the teaching staff, in order to
ensure they, and the school, continually evolve in providing the most effective methods
of instruction, in line with the school’s vision.

Dr. Young Usen has over 25 years’ experience as an educator and has been involved in
educational reform programmes in over 15 countries across four continents.
He is a qualified teacher, a certified train the trainer, and an expert in school administration and management. He studied Multimedia Education, Leadership &
Professional development in the United Kingdom.
He has also worked in the United States, educational firm in developing multi-media
educational content for the Life Skills training. He is a certified train the trainer of USAIA.
He has over the years acquired the required exposure, experience, and skills that are needed to perform high-quality work in the educational sector. He is a
classroom teacher by training and by nature; he is a resource person and African representative of the National Pedagogical University of Kyiv, Ukraine. He currently sits on the Board of Governor of more than three educational institutes, promoting lifelong learning. He brings his leadership skills and team player spirit to drive the school’s vison.

Facility Manager

Mohammed Suleiman a Public Administration graduate from Kaduna State Polytechnic and also a certified Facility and event manager from ASCON, Lagos College of Business and management has worked with several International Organizations for over 15year now on different project management programs across the Northern States of Nigeria. The organizations include the British Council, DFID, USAID, and International Cambridge Education as a Facility Manager, Administrative Officer, and Project Supervisor; working closely with most of the Northern State Governments on improving the quality of Education and standards in the North. He has also worked as a project manager for SBMC (School-Based Management The committee in setting up standard prototype classrooms in all the 44 local government of Kano State. He is an ardent campaigner of quality education in the North and Nigeria as a whole.

Ms. Eno-obong Edeghe Peters is a graduate of University of Calabar, who previously worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Danish Refugee Council, Abuja. She is an amiable person, attentive to details and always willing to offer support to the growth and development of the people she works and meet with.
She is very informed, experienced and has good interpersonal relations skills that endear her as a good team player. She’s has worked closely with some top firms in the
Northern part of Nigeria and she joins the school team as an administrative assistant to bring her expertise in administration, management and human relations to bear.
